The Department is headed by a General Manager and has the following three major Divisions each headed by a Manager.
- Survey Division
- Design Division
- Construction Division
Main Function
To coordinate the design, survey and construction of all Urban Roads in Kenya. In doing that it liaises with Development partners, Maintenance and Planning & Environment Departments so as to ensure smooth operations of the department.
