The Department is headed by a General Manager and has the following three major Divisions each headed by a Manager.
1. Survey Division
2. Design Division
3. Construction Division
Main Function
To coordinate the design, survey and construction of all urban roads in Kenya. In doing that it liaises with development partners, Maintenance and Planning & Environment departments so as to ensure smooth operations of the department.
